WOW....there ARE still companies out there (even if they are small, family run businesses) where SERVICE is #1. I like getting good service and I WILL pay more to get my good service.
And here is MY story:
At 1:15 pm today, I walked into Godbout's Appliances in Grand Falls, told them I wanted to buy a front load, high efficiency washing machine. They sold it to me (no hassles, no trying to talk me into a bigger model, just that easy). I paid for it and the price was within $50 from a big box store (like Sears, Leons, etc) and...............
it included delivery and.................
at 2:40 pm they arrived at my door with my new washing machine. They installed it and.......
brought me my first box of HE Laundry Soap FREE and.........
PLUS, as a courtesy they took out my old machine and took it away for me.
HOW is that for SERVICE with a SMILE!!!
Life just couldn't get any better!
Isn't it amazing that when we grow up something like this can make your day?

Now that's service!!! I need a bigger house and one of the requirements for that new house is going to be to have a utility room to fit TWO washers and dryers so I can get done faster and hopefully be able to keep up!! LOL!
That is great service! Good for you for keeping your purchase local and not putting more money into the "big box" stores.
