Confusing Politics

Okay....so being one that has never really paid too much attention to politics, I found myself very intrigued last night to watch our Election Debate and now after watching (most of) the debate I find myself more confused and lost than ever.

Considering, I despise confrontation - nothing really stood out to me other than all the leaders were somewhat nasty with each other. Frankly, this just makes me feel so uncomfortable. How is one supposed to decide to chose with all the accusations going back & forth. I do not 'trust' any single leader completely however, there were a few moments where I was beginning to narrow my decision. Each time this happened, the leader would say something that 'turned me right off' and I was left undecided again. Am I being too judgmental? Is this what a debate IS? I just don't know....

My intentions in watching the debate was to try and become more educated & aware of our political leaders & their platforms in an attempt to make an informed personal decision on which box to check on Oct 14. That said, it did not work and I am feeling more confused than ever.

AAHHHHHHHHH!

I agree...I thought I knew who I was voting for until I watched the debate. Now I don't know what to do. Guess I'll be reading their platforms on their websites since they all have "shady" characters it seems....??
