Not sure if I ever did do a post about Jacques poor ski - doo experience, but basically it DIED!
During the first few weeks of January, he decided to take his skidoo to work (about a 3 hour drive) - the first time he ever went out alone. About 30 minutes into the drive (and between 5:30-6:30 AM) on the way to Edmundston, the machine went caputs leaving Jacques out in the cold for almost 2 hours waiting for our SKIDOO Angels to come to his rescue (that would be Nico & Amy, thanks so much you guys)!!!
So he got through the busy times at work and alas, time to shop for a new skidoo. He booked Friday off work so Nico & him could start the search! When Nico arrived, so did his brother and another friend (who is buying our old machine for the parts)....and the search began.
I thought it was hilarious how 4 guys (and Noah) all huddled around the kitchen table 'shopping' for 'the ONE'! Naturally, I had to get my camera and docoment the momentus event!!!
Jacques looked SO hard.....
SO....by the end of the day, the all took off to drive and check out a bunch of skidoos.
And....by 6:00pm we had a new member of our family!
Introducing our newest family member: an Articat ZRT600.
(ignore the winter mess in the garage)
Though I have NO idea what this means, I do know that my husband has a bigger sparkle in his eyes and a larger smile than he did with our old sled - so THAT means everything to me!!!
I love you SO much honey.....congrats on your new skidoo....you DESERVE it!!!
