7 days to go

I have to say that I am SO excited...you could not imagine just how excited I am for our trip to Florida.  But in all honesty, I think I am more excited about the process of telling Noah and delighting in his reaction that I am for the actual trip.  

OK...I am excited too to do Disney again and to ride our favourite rides and see our favourite shows.  I'm awfully excited about the warm temperatures as well.  I'm hoping for a nice afternoon by the pool to get a good dose of Vitamen D!!!

So our plan for telling Noah is a 'wild goose chase' or a 'scavenger hunt' all through the house on Friday morning before we leave to go to the airport.  I have to get this prepared - any ideas, suggestions.

So most of our bags are packed with many of our summer clothes.  All that is remaining is the last minute items.  I've got all of our Disney neckbands, cameras, chargers, crocs, sandles, etc. in our NEW luggage that I am SO excited about!

Check it out....we won't need to place a coloured string on THIS luggage for the ease of finding it.  I don't think we'll have any trouble picking out this stuff!!!

What sold me on it was (not only the 10 year warranty and the great sale price) but the BRIGHT red interior - how cool! 

I am officially 'on strike' from my favourite store in the world to buy shoes (only) - Walmart.  I'm tired of sore feet (since working and being on my feet for most of the days) so I've splurged on comfy shoes in the past month.   In the process, I found these cute sandles and splurged a little more on for our last minute 'get-a-way'!  I'm certain my feet will 'thank me'!

So we are gearing up to our get-a-way and Noah's scavenger hunt to find out about our trip.  If you have any ideas, please send along.
